Call Center Representative

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Cairo. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing customer satisfaction, and resolving customer support issues.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduates Bachelor's degree holder.
• English level: B2 , B2+ , C1 & C2
• Work from site Cairo 6th October in Smart Village or Maadi depending on the account.
• Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
