Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The representative will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback while collaborating with internal teams to address client concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Customer Service or Customer Support, with a focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Fluency in English
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy to handle call center software, record customer data, and navigate digital tools effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
