Based in Riyadh for in-person classes, we also serve students across the Middle East remotely.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure effective communication with clients. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, processing requests, documenting interactions, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional care and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to present clear and concise information.
  • Proficiency in Contact Centers and familiarity with handling high call volumes efficiently.
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, with the ability to use CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles within a call center is an advantage.
