Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer concerns effectively. Daily tasks include managing customer support through phone calls, emails, or other channels, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members to improve processes and achieve team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and understanding of Contact Centers
  • Proficiency in verbal and written Communication
  • Computer Literacy, including familiarity with standard office software and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer support or call center operations is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
