We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Corporate Service Provider (CSP) or Real Estate industries within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance with UAE regulations
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board on financial performance
- Ensure VAT compliance and regulatory adherence
- Supervise audits, tax planning, and banking relationships
- Implement internal controls and financial governance policies
- Lead and mentor the finance team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as CFO / Finance Director / Senior Finance Leader
- Mandatory experience in CSP or Real Estate sector in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance frameworks
- Professional certification such as CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA (preferred)
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Minimum 812 years of progressive finance experience
