Mintiply Capital is an investment and capital advisory firm operating across public markets, private capital, and cross-border investment structures between the U.S. and the Middle East. As the firm enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner up in building a scalable, institutionally robust financial platform.
Role Overview
The CFO will lead Mintiply Capital's financial strategy, governance, and structuring across advisory mandates, SPVs, and investment platforms operated in collaboration with regulated partners. This role is focused on financial architecture, capital structuring, and institutional readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead firm-level financial strategy, planning, and cash-flow management
- Design and oversee SPVs and investment structures in collaboration with legal counsel and regulated counterparties
- Support non-discretionary investment advisory mandates and capital structuring engagements
- Oversee financial reporting frameworks for clients, partners, and counterparties
- Support capital raising, due diligence, and transaction execution from a financial structuring perspective
- Ensure governance, controls, and financial discipline as the firm scales
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, capital advisory, or structured finance
- Strong exposure to SPVs, investment structures, and complex cross-border transactions
- Experience working with institutional investors, family offices, or sovereign-linked entities
- Deep understanding of regulated vs non-regulated investment activities
- Comfortable operating in a principal-led, advisory-focused platform
- GCC and cross-border experience is a strong advantage
