Job Description

We're seeking a Client Partner to own and scale high-value eCommerce accounts across the GCC. This isn't a typical account management role; it's a commercial leadership position where your success is measured by client growth and retention.

You are the single point of ownership between our internal execution teams and the client's P&L. You must possess a deep, technical understanding of performance platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) to manage expectations and handle tough conversations with data-backed grit. 

You will be the Voice of the Customer internally, continually surfacing patterns, gaps, and frontline opportunities to our Product and Engineering teams to help shape the next generation of AI-driven marketing infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Own client outcomes: Move beyond basic reporting to become a trusted advisor. You'll focus on long-term retention and scaling revenue through ROAS, CAC, and AOV optimization strategies.
  • Internal quality catalyst: Continuously challenge our internal execution teams (media, creative, CRO) to up their game. You aren't just a messenger; you audit delivery to ensure we are squeezing every bit of efficiency out of Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. You will push for 
  • Proactive expansion & upselling: Identify growth opportunities before the client does. You will proactively pitch seasonal GCC campaigns (Ramadan, White Friday), creative refreshes, and new channel entries to scale the client's bottom line and the agency's scope.
  • Master the hard conversations: Navigate difficult conversations regarding performance fluctuations or market shifts with professional diplomacy and clear, data-driven pivot plans.

Requirements

  • Performance Fluency: 4+ years of experience in a performance-led agency or eCommerce brand, with a deep knowledge of ad / MarTech platforms (Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, GA4), and a mastery of ROAS-focused marketing, attribution models and CRO strategies.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • GCC Market Expertise: A proven track record of managing brands in the Middle East, with an intuitive understanding of regional consumer behavior and platform nuances (e.g., KSA vs. UAE trends).
  • Relationship Management (external and internal): The ability to tell a client no or not yet based on data, and the firmness to hold internal teams accountable for high-quality, high-speed delivery.
  • Startup DNA: You thrive in an ambiguous, build-as-you-go environment and have a bias toward immediate action and problem-solving over passive reporting. When challenged, you deep dive into the topic and take ownership to drive clarity, resolution, and outcome.
