Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Concrete Structure Design Instructor at Link Academy. We are looking for a structural expert who doesn't just teach how to use software, but teaches how to think like a designer.

The Instructor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, hands-on online course that covers the entire structural design cycle—from architectural interpretation and static systems to final detailing and shop drawings. You will guide participants through the application of international codes (e.g., ACI 318, Eurocode, or Egyptian Code) and the professional use of analysis tools (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000). The goal is to ensure students can design safe, economic, and buildable concrete structures in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering specialization is preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in structural design for residential, commercial, or high-rise buildings.
• Mastery of structural analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD/Revit).
• Deep technical knowledge of ACI 318 and/or other relevant international structural codes.
• Strong understanding of lateral load analysis (Seismic and Wind) and foundation design.
• Exceptional ability to deliver high-level, interactive technical training in an online environment.
