Job Description

Job Title: Senior Real Estate Investment Advisor

Location

Obour City, Egypt (with ongoing coordination with the Riyadh office)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and performance-driven Senior Real Estate Investment Advisor to lead investor engagement and drive the successful execution of real estate investment transactions. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in real estate asset sales, with a strong ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to deal closure—while delivering a consultative, client-focused approach.

Exposure to GCC markets, particularly Saudi Arabia, will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in real estate investment or asset sales
  • Demonstrated experience in selling real estate assets to investors
  • Strong understanding of real estate valuation methodologies (including ROI, IRR, and yield analysis)
  • Proven capability in sales planning, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Experience in sales performance analysis and reporting
  • Sound knowledge of real estate legal frameworks and contracting processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong consultative selling and client advisory capabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and targeted outreach
  • Qualify prospective clients by assessing investment objectives, financial capacity, and timelines
  • Segment and prioritize clients based on readiness and strategic fit
  • Align investor requirements with appropriate real estate opportunities
  • Prepare and present tailored investment proposals in collaboration with internal teams
  • Lead negotiations and oversee the transaction process through to successful closing
  • Deliver structured sales plans and periodic updates to the Riyadh office
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with investors and development partners
  • Ensure consistent client follow-up and effective handling of objections
  • Coordinate closely with legal teams to facilitate contract structuring and execution

Reporting & Strategic Contribution

  • Prepare comprehensive periodic reports evaluating sales performance and pipeline progression
  • Analyze key success factors and identify areas impacting deal conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies and improve lead quality
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, including the adoption of technology and AI-enabled tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling real estate projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
  • Established network of investors and developers in target markets
  • Familiarity with Saudi real estate regulations and contracting procedures
  • Proven track record of closing high-value real estate transactions
  • Experience leveraging CRM systems and AI-driven sales tools
