Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo, focused on Fresh Sales. The position involves engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, offering tailored property solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, conducting negotiations, maintaining client relationships, and working to meet or exceed sales targets. The role also involves attending regular training sessions to enhance sales and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Ability to engage in Training activities to continuously improve and enhance skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Positive attitude and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in real estate or a related sector is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
