Job Summary

The role focuses on ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication to support tender activities, facilitate smooth day-to-day operations, resolve issues proactively, and enhance responsiveness throughout the tender lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and NUPCO, MOH, and other relevant governmental stakeholders for tender-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional rapport with key counterparts to support effective collaboration and trust.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication to support tender clarifications, submissions, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and stand on critical issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on tender outcomes.
  • Coordinate internally with tenders, technical, commercial, and management teams to align responses and messaging.
  • Support and smoothen the clarification and response process during tender stages by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Monitor communication timelines and ensure adherence to agreed response SLAs with external stakeholders.
  • Track recurring issues, feedback, and communication gaps, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support tender strategy by providing insights on stakeholder expectations, communication best practices, and relationship risks.
  • Maintain professional records of key communications, meetings, and action points related to government entities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in customer relations, government relations, or tender-related roles.
  • Proven experience working with NUPCO, MOH, or other Saudi governmental entities is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of tendering and government procurement environments in KSA.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong issue-resolution and stakeholder-handling capability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive communications professionally.
  • High level of professionalism, diplomacy, and accountability.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
