Trispec is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fit-Out Tendering / Estimation Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in pricing high-end interior fit-out works within the Saudi construction market. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tenders efficiently and deliver accurate, competitive cost estimates within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit complete tender proposals in line with client requirements

• Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to ensure full scope coverage

• Break down project scope into trade packages for subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare detailed commercial and technical comparisons

• Develop accurate cost estimates covering fit-out works, joinery, finishes, and MEP systems

• Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams for technically sound submissions

• Value engineer proposals to maintain quality while ensuring competitive pricing

• Manage tender timelines, clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and post-tender negotiations

• Handle multiple tenders simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture + good knowledge in Quantity Surveying.

• 4-5 years of proven experience in fit-out estimation and tendering

• Strong expertise in interior fit-out and MEP pricing

• In-depth knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost build-up, and scope packaging

• Strong familiarity with Saudi market rates, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ability to interpret architectural, ID, structural, and MEP drawings

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (PlanSwift, Candy, or similar)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Based in Riyadh
