Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Care Advisor role in New Cairo. The Customer Care Advisor will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional support through effective communication across various platforms. The role involves resolving concerns, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, and contributing to improving customer care processes to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer-focused Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Customer Support and providing effective Customer Service solutions
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and active listening skills when dealing with customer queries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
What We're looking for:
- Graduates and experienced candidates (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- At least 6 months of experience in the Customer Service or Telesales field
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
