Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent at our New Cairo location. The Customer Service Agent will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide accurate information about products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities will include managing customer communication through various channels, addressing questions, and assisting with issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
• Strong skills in Customer Support and working with Customer Service Representatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to solve problems and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Experience in the furniture or related retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service are an advantage
