Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate support while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include resolving issues, addressing questions with clarity, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and creating a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will adhere to company protocols and consistently provide feedback for process improvements where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • English speakers
  • B1+ to B2 solid
  • Working from office at Sheikh zayed
  • Rotational shifts and days off
  • Fast permotion tracking
  • Grads only
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring a high standard of service
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to resolve inquiries with professionalism
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
