Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Customer Service Representative, based in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling guest reservations, managing inquiries, processing modifications and cancellations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate system entries, and supporting continuous improvements in service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest inquiries through email, phone, or chat.
  • Process new reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Verify rates, availability, documents, and booking requirements.
  • Ensure all reservation data is accurately updated in the system.
  • Coordinate internally with Operations and Finance when needed.
  • Maintain high productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of reservation systems and workflow.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
