Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Customer Service Representative, based in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling guest reservations, managing inquiries, processing modifications and cancellations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate system entries, and supporting continuous improvements in service quality.
