Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The successful candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensure smooth transactions, and deliver outstanding customer service. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, preparing contracts, staying updated on market trends, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The position requires managing negotiations, maintaining accurate records, and providing expert advice on real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market
• Competency in Customer Service and relationship-building skills
• Experience in Real Estate, including property sales and rentals
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and practices
• Understanding of Real Property regulations and legal considerations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
