Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Customer Service Officer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to handle customer interactions through call centre operations and multiple digital communication channels (Including WhatsApp and other chat platforms)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions and drive order completion through effective phone communication while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with online purchasing and e-commerce platforms is a must
  • Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations is a plus
  • Knowledge of Google sheets and excel is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRMs platforms is a must
