Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Advocate based in Qesm Heliopolis. The Customer Service Advocate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining positive customer experiences, handling inquiries efficiently, and providing superior service aligned with Intelcia's standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in managing Customer Experience and ensuring high service standards
  • Ability to effectively handle inquiries as a Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in common computer applications and tools
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
