Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Agent will respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer calls or messages, providing product or service information, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of each interaction. This role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
