Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Care Professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer support, effectively communicating with customers, and analyzing feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Proficiency in Communication to interact clearly and professionally with customers
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and improve service processes
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
