Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in New Cairo. The role involves managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The Customer Service Representative will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Felixable with rotational shifts
- English B1+ B2
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive interactions with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with active listening skills
- Ability to problem-solve efficiently and handle conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Capable of utilizing CRM tools and software as required
- Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a service-oriented environment, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service is beneficial
