Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to ensure a positive experience. You will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction, managing interactions professionally, and adhering to established service guidelines and procedures.
