Role Description

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, providing excellent service while ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer support requests, delivering resolutions through phone or other channels, and maintaining positive customer experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi. The specialist will work closely with team members and supervisors to meet customer experience goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and resolving Customer Satisfaction concerns
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering outstanding Customer Experience
  • Knowledge of professional Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries and resolve requests in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Relevant experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
