Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in 5th Settlement Cairo, Egypt. The customer service specialist will handle customer inquiries for telecommunication and electronics campaign efficiently and provide high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Fluency in English is Must (B2)
  • Flexibility to work in a rotational shifts condition (maximum 2 AM for females)
