Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Guest Experience specialist, located in our office in Cairo. The Guest Experience Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing exceptional customer service, communication, managing guest experiences, performing and handling reservations. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a seamless and memorable experience during their stay while making sure our SOP and compliance process is 100% met.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in managing Guest Experience and problem resolutions
  • Experience with Reservations
  • Fluency in English (interview will be in English)
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and short-term rentals
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
  • abilty to work in startup dynamic teams
