Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Team Leader located in Cairo, Egypt. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating staff performance, providing guidance and support, handling escalated customer issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
  • Excellent skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Experience in resolving customer issues effectively
  • Proven track record in meeting performance targets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
