Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in El Maadi. The Customer Service Representative will handle various customer interactions, provide support, and address inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive customer experience, and striving for service excellence in all interactions that includes Calls, Chats, and Emails. The role requires a focus on building relationships and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in delivering seamless Customer Experience and maintaining excellent customer relations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment and adapt to dynamic customer needs
