At Hero, we are looking for a passionate and analytical Demand Planner to join our Plan & Deliver team. If you're driven by data, enjoy working cross-functionally, and want to grow your career in supply chain, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and forecast bias to identify improvement opportunities.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure Product availability.

• Support the development of demand planning reports and dashboards.

• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to understand the market needs Vs the baseline forecast.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align demand plans with business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.

• 0–2 years of experience in demand planning / sales analysis or a related role.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis & reporting.

• SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus.
