Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligning with long-term vision.
Manage the brand communication roadmap and ensure strict brand consistency across all touchpoints. Serve as primary POC for creative, media, and digital agencies; negotiate deliverables and critique work. Plan and execute campaigns (Meta Ads, Google) to optimize user journeys and conversion rates.
Define and execute product positioning strategies to drive customer adoption.
Own the marketing dashboard; track and report key metrics (ROI, CAC, CPM) weekly/monthly. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Legal teams to align initiatives and ensure compliance.
Manage marketing budget effectively based on strategy and data.
Required Qualifications and Skills
MBA in Brand & Marketing from a reputed Institution
5+ Year's in Brand Management, Product Positioning, and Performance Marketing
3-5 years of Experience in preferred HealthCare Industry or similar
Proficiency in Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables), Google Analytics, Meta Ads
Key Skills Required
Knowledge of brand strategy and market dynamics
Strong skills in Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Charts) and KPI Tracking Experience in Google Analytics and Meta Ads
Agency and vendor management
Product positioning strategies
Understanding of user journey flows
Team Management
Project and budget management
Brand communication planning
Good with numbers
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Language Proficiency
Fluent at English & Arabic.
