Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven Performance & Media Specialist to manage our end-to-end advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for a holistic marketing strategy managing high spend digital campaigns across all social platforms, executing offline OOH placements, and nurturing leads through direct SMS and WhatsApp channels. Your goal is to optimize the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Paid Media (Full-Funnel)

  • Omnichannel Execution: Build, launch, and manage sophisticated paid campaigns across Meta Ads , Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads (SMS & WhatsApp).
  • Audience Targeting: Develop custom, lookalike, and interest based audiences using first party CRM data, pixel tracking.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous split tests for ad copy, landing pages, and creative hooks to continuously lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
  • Budget Oversight: Manage significant monthly budgets, ensuring daily spend is pacing correctly while hitting aggressive ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets.

2. Offline & OOH (Out-of-Home) Advertising

  • OOH Coordination: Plan and execute traditional and digital Out-of-Home campaigns (billboards, transit ads, mall signage) to drive top-of-funnel brand awareness.
  • Offline-to-Online Attribution: Implement tracking mechanisms (QR codes, unique promo codes, or vanity URLs) to measure the effectiveness of physical ad placements.

3. Analytics, Sentiment & Reporting

  • Performance Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly reports on the combined performance of all channels, identifying which touchpoints contribute most to the final conversion.
  • Sentiment & Social Listening: Monitor audience reactions across all social channels to gauge brand health and adjust media spend based on real-time public sentiment.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 Years Experience in performance marketing or media buying.
  • Platform Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Direct Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with SMS/WhatsApp automation platforms.
  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling and attribution tracking.
  • OOH Knowledge: Familiarity with the process of buying and measuring offline media.
