Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Direct Sales Manager will oversee a dynamic team, drive sales growth, identify and implement lead generation strategies, and train team members to achieve sales objectives. This role involves setting performance goals, monitoring results, and fostering a culture of collaboration and customer focus within the sales team.
Qualifications
- Team Management and Training skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Effective Communication skills to engage with clients, provide guidance to team members, and ensure strong collaboration
- Proven ability in Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving to identify opportunities and drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the finance or insurance industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is desirable
