Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo for a real estate agent. The role involves assisting clients in selling, purchasing, or renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling property viewings, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and maintaining a record of sales and listings. Team leaders will oversee and motivate junior agents to achieve both individual and team goals.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate principles
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Understanding of Real Property market trends and practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using real estate software or tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a related field is advantageous
• Experience in leadership or team management (for senior and team leader positions)
