Director of Partnerships & Ecosystem (Global)
The Opportunity
We're looking for a senior, strategic leader to build and scale a global partnerships and ecosystem function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, program-owner role with full end-to-end responsibility — from defining strategy and architecture through to execution and global scale.
You'll play a critical role in turning partnerships into a true growth engine, accelerating market access, strengthening enterprise credibility, and enabling scalable deployment across regions. This role offers strong executive visibility and the opportunity to shape a global ecosystem strategy within a fast-growing, cutting-edge technology environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and deliver the global partnerships strategy across OEMs, ISVs, system integrators, GSIs, and distributors
- Design and operationalise a scalable partner program, including segmentation, lifecycle, and engagement models
- Define and implement program architecture (tiers, onboarding, enablement, certification, deal registration, co-sell motions, and governance)
- Build and deploy partner assets, including playbooks, joint go-to-market (GTM) frameworks, and enablement materials
- Establish and drive joint GTM initiatives with partners to generate pipeline and revenue
- Create repeatable partnership models that can scale across multiple geographies
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Drive governance frameworks and performance tracking to optimise partner success
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles within enterprise technology (AI, SaaS, data platforms, infrastructure)
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs from strategy through to execution
- Strong experience working with OEMs, infrastructure vendors, ISVs, and global system integrators
- Experience developing joint solutions, reference architectures, and co-sell/co-marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to create repeatable, scalable partnership models across regions
- Highly structured, execution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional stakeholders at senior level
