Ecommerce Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in 6th of October. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online product listings, enhance customer experience, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure an efficient sales process. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to drive performance and achieve targets.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and identify trends
• Effective customer service and communication skills to address customer inquiries and provide excellent support
• Experience in e-commerce operations and sales strategies
• Understanding of online retail marketplaces and digital tools
• Proactivity, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with video game industry trends and online retail systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
