Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities And Duties

- Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations at all times, including but not limited to Electrical Safety Standard Electrical trouble shooting and cause analysis.

- Fault finding in Electrical, PLC, SCADA, and Profibus, ProfNet control system.

- Responsible for Documentation and training of Internal electrical technical user manual to his subordinates.

- Electric hardware design, assemble, electrical components selection, PLC hardware configuration.

- Conduct regular assessments of existing electrical control systems to identify areas for improvement.

- Provide technical support for control-related issues and collaborate.

- Work individually and within a team to minimize the downtime to repair, maintenance/operation related activities.

- Ensure accurate isolation are carried out before starting the maintenance activity on the respective equipment released for maintenance in coordination with maintenance technicians and local operator.

- Participating in equipment improvement plans using historical data on breakdowns as the tool, capturing and tracking actions.

- Provide and implement the Preventive, Predictive and Corrective maintenance Program plan for all plant machines.

Knowledge & Experience

- Proven experience with 3+ years as Electrical engineer. preferably in Manufacturing environment. - Must have strong engineering skills and knowledge of a wide variety of technical subject including Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechatronic systems but not limited to Industrial Motor control systems.

- Strong understanding and troubleshooting of PLC operation (Siemens, Schneider) , HMI and Scada of industrial control systems.

- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to medium to heady manufacturing Industry.

- Excellent in oral and communication leadership skills.

- Working under pressure with minimum supervision.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP experience is Must.

- Good in English ( written, reading, and speaking )

Education & Training

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

- Ongoing training and certification in emerging instrumentation and control technologies are highly desirable.
