Electrical Engineer

1- Electrical QS – 5 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Quantification and measurement of electrical construction work.
• Preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Supporting cost estimation and commercial reporting activities.

General Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical Quantity Surveying.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Sound knowledge of Quantity Surveying standards and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Cost-X is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, drawings, specifications, and construction practices.

2-Fresh Graduate – Electrical Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Good technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Cost-X is an advantage.
