Responsibilities:

- Support the operation and maintenance of electrical and building systems across facilities, - including power distribution, lighting, UPS, generators, MV/LV, and low-current systems.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and client requirements.

- Diagnose and resolve electrical and operational issues efficiently.

- Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Monitor electrical systems and equipment performance and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.

- Support site inspections, audits, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

- 1–3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, or a related field.

- Good knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, MV/LV, UPS, generators, and low-current systems.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with different stakeholders.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
