Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Technical Support Agent for an English account. In this full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving their concerns. You will also provide valuable technical assistance and support while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Customer Support and fostering Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Technical Support and ability to perform effective Troubleshooting
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a BPO or contact center is a plus
  • Familiarity with technical tools and systems is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work shifts and handle a high volume of customer queries
