Executive Assistant
Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a gatekeeper by handling calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
- Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Support project management initiatives and track action items
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Assist with expense reports, budgeting, and invoice processing
- Conduct research and compile information as requested
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative issues
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Experience in [industry-specific experience, if applicable]
