Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
  • Handle monthly and quarterly reports
  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties including sales reconciliation(cash and credit card) & Accounts Receivable
  • Day to Day and month end activities in coordination with our offshore team (TCS)
  • Support in month end accounts closing, Internal Audit and Statutory Audit

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Accounting Dept. handling sales revenue accounting and reporting
  • Preferable experience in retail field
  • Very Good Command of English Language
  • Savvy with ERP systems - Oracle EBS / Cognos
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Can join immediately
