Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations:Oversee all accounting processes, including financial statements and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting & Financial Planning:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor and control expenditures to maintain financial health.
• MIS Reporting:Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• ERP System Management:Maintain and optimize ERP systems for accurate financial data and reporting.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Leadership & Team Development:Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure alignment and professional growth.
• Drive team performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strategic Guidance:Provide authoritative advice on financial matters to senior leadership.
• Support decision-making with robust financial analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory).
• 35 years of experience in finance management or leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Proven track record of driving performance in dynamic environments.
