Role Overview
Westwood Talents is seeking finance professionals to support a premier AI initiative with a leading research lab. You'll create high-quality finance problems and golden solutions used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems. This is a project-based engagement expected to run 1530 days, with potential extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Design domain-relevant finance tasks across areas like corporate finance, accounting, IB/valuation, and consulting
- Write accurate, well-structured solutions with clear step-by-step reasoning
- Ensure clarity, correctness, and alignment with professional finance standards
- Provide brief written feedback/notes when helpful for evaluation
Ideal Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a finance-focused role (e.g., FP&A, investment banking, Big Four, finance consulting)
- Strong grasp of core concepts (DCF, valuation, financial statements, working capital, ROI/IRR, capital structure)
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Experience with problem design or technical writing is a plus
Contract Details
- Independent contractor; fully remote and self-scheduled
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on needs and performance
- No use of any confidential/proprietary information from current or past employers/clients
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
