Role Description

This is a contract-based Freelance Site Supervisor role located on-site in United Arab Emirates. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with specifications. Responsibilities include managing contractors, conducting inspections, coordinating with stakeholders, solving on-site issues, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role demands effective leadership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in site supervision, project coordination, and overseeing field operations within construction or related industries
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management for seamless collaboration and reporting
• Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively with leadership and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in managing construction projects or site operations in the UAE is preferred
• Relevant certifications, training in construction management, or a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field is highly advantageous
