Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Nasr City. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing mail, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills for effectively managing calls and greeting visitors
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as data entry, scheduling, and organizing office tasks
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with visitors and staff professionally
- Proven Customer Service skills to provide a high-quality experience for clients and visitors
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software is a plus
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage but not mandatory
