Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Marketing who understands capital, not just content. This role is responsible for building a strong investor brand, attracting qualified investors, and positioning B1 Ventures as the go-to partner for companies seeking funding.

1. Investment & Fundraising Marketing

  • Develop strategies to attract HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors
  • Position B1 Ventures as a credible and trusted investment partner
  • Support fundraising campaigns and capital raise initiatives
  • Work closely with the investment team to translate deals into compelling marketing narratives

2. Deal Flow & Company Acquisition

  • Build marketing funnels to attract startups and growth-stage companies seeking funding
  • Create targeted campaigns by sector and funding stage
  • Strengthen B1 Ventures positioning within the startup ecosystem

3. Corporate & Brand Marketing

  • Own the overall brand strategy and positioning
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans
  • Oversee website, social media, PR, content, and media exposure
  • Manage brand messaging consistency across all channels

4. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Lead paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
  • Implement CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Ensure clear ROI tracking across all initiatives

5. Content & Thought Leadership

  • Drive content strategy including reports, insights, newsletters, and industry commentary
  • Support executive visibility and public positioning
  • Manage external communications and partnerships

6. Team & Budget Management

  • Build and lead the marketing team (internal and external vendors)
  • Manage marketing budget effectively
  • Set KPIs and performance benchmarks

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing leadership
  • Experience in financial services, venture capital, investment firms, or professional services preferred
  • Strong background in both brand marketing and performance marketing
  • Experience generating high-value leads
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute hands-on
