Requirements

7+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or acquisition leadership roles within crypto and regulated digital industries. (applications without this background will NOT be considered)

Proven track record scaling user acquisition for online platforms or digital products

Deep expertise in performance marketing and growth strategy

Experience managing international marketing teams

Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills

Excellent leadership and communication abilities

English C1+ required

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead global growth and user acquisition for BIT9JA, a fast-growing digital entertainment platform operating in international online markets.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels while building a high-performing marketing organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling our global presence, strengthening brand positioning, and driving sustainable user acquisition in competitive digital markets.

What You Will Do

Define and execute the global marketing strategy

Lead user acquisition across affiliates, paid media, partnerships, and influencer channels

Manage and scale international marketing campaigns

Optimize acquisition performance metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROI

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team

Drive brand positioning in competitive global markets

Collaborate with product, analytics, and retention teams to improve user engagement

Identify scalable growth opportunities across international markets
