A fast-growing automotive platform based in Dubai is expanding its leadership team and seeking a commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy across its automotive trading and car rental businesses.
The organization operates across vehicle import/export, local vehicle sales, and mobility services, with growing demand across the UAE and international markets including Africa, CIS, and other emerging regions.
This role will play a critical part in strengthening brand positioning, accelerating customer acquisition, and supporting the company's global growth ambitions.
Your Role
Lead the overall marketing strategy across automotive trading (import/export & local sales) and car rental operations
- Develop integrated campaigns that drive vehicle demand, lead generation, and fleet utilization
- Align marketing initiatives with inventory strategy, revenue growth, and margin objectives
- Drive digital performance marketing across SEO, SEM, paid media, marketplaces, and CRM automation
- Build and scale international demand funnels targeting Africa, CIS, Asia, and other emerging markets
- Develop strong market positioning and brand storytelling to support expansion into new markets
- Implement robust analytics frameworks to track campaign ROI, cost per lead, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost
- Strengthen the company's brand presence within the UAE automotive ecosystem
- Lead PR, communications, and stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team while coordinating with agencies and digital partners
- Work closely with Sales, Fleet, and Business Heads to ensure marketing efforts directly support commercial outcomes
Must-Have
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry
- Experience within automotive trading, dealership networks, mobility platforms, or car rental businesses
- Strong understanding of vehicle categories, buyer behavior, and automotive market dynamics
- Demonstrated experience managing performance-driven digital marketing strategies
- Exposure to multi-market or international marketing campaigns
- Experience driving lead generation and revenue-focused marketing programs
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking marketing performance metrics and campaign ROI
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present at senior leadership level
- Proven capability to lead teams and manage agencies in high-growth environments
