Job Description

Our Dubai based property client are looking for a Head of Marketing.The role will include running the marketing department, social media, web developing, digital marketing campaigns, story creation, content creation and marketing strategies.Day to day hands on management of company's stories & products on Marketing platforms. Product presentation marketing strategy, pricing, and adjusting all these as often as needed. Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to maintain a fluctuating workload and varied job tasks in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, write, edit, proofread and update product content contained on e-commerce websites/portals.Directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media.To work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market.Marketing manager, along with training departmental heads, is to plan for training new employees and continuing training in the form of refresher courses for the existing employeesManaging a team of 8.Key Requirements:Marketing degree or equivalent working experience. A master s degree is a plus.Expert-level Real Estate industry knowledge and competitive analysis skills.5+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in Real Estate Business.In-depth understanding and working knowledge of key marketing systems and platforms.Team management experience
